All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

How do I upload my photo and add text?
Choose your preferred T-shirt color and size, then use the customization area on the product page to upload your photo and enter your text.
Please double-check the spelling, image and selected options before adding the item to your cart.
What file types are accepted?
We recommend uploading a high-quality JPG, JPEG or PNG image. Clear, original-resolution photos generally produce the best printing results.
What kind of photo works best?
For the best result, choose a bright, sharp photo where the person, pet or main subject is clearly visible.
- Avoid blurry or pixelated images.
- Avoid dark photos and heavy shadows.
- Make sure the subject is not cropped.
- Use the original photo whenever possible.
Will the printed colors look exactly like my screen?
We carefully reproduce your design, but slight color differences may occur because phone and computer screens display colors differently. The T-shirt color can also affect the appearance of the final print.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Every custom T-shirt is made specifically for you. Production begins after your order is confirmed, and the current estimated delivery time will be shown during checkout.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order has shipped.
How should I wash my custom T-shirt?
Turn the T-shirt inside out and machine wash it in cold water with similar colors. Use a gentle cycle and mild detergent.
For longer-lasting print quality, avoid bleach, do not iron directly over the design, and tumble dry on low or air dry whenever possible.
