All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Orders of $35.00 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is available for $14.99.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery may be delayed due to holidays, weather, carrier issues, high order volume, or incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order ships.

If your tracking has not updated immediately, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier system to refresh.
